Every Ofsadi piece is printed and framed to order, just for you. We want you to love it on your wall, and if something isn't right, we'll fix it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, has a print or frame fault, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@ofsadi.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number (e.g. OF1001) and a photo of the issue and the packaging. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.

Change of mind: UK, EU and EEA customers

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email hello@ofsadi.com within those 14 days and we'll reply with the return address. Send the item back, unused and in its original packaging, within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service. We'll refund the price you paid, including original delivery, within 14 days of receiving the return. If the item comes back damaged because of handling beyond what was needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund.

Change of mind: all other countries

Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind outside the UK, EU and EEA. You can cancel free of charge within 12 hours of ordering, before your piece goes into production. Just email hello@ofsadi.com.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and reprint or refund.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU consumer law or any other consumer law that applies to you. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
