Free tracked shipping, worldwide. Every order ships free, with tracking, to almost every country.

• Made to order: your piece is printed and framed in 2 to 5 business days.
• Delivery: 2 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• Total: most orders arrive within 4 to 12 business days.

Printed close to you

We work with a global network of professional print studios across Australia, the UK, Europe, North America and beyond. Your order is made at the studio best placed to reach you, which means faster delivery, less risk of damage in transit and a smaller footprint. If you order more than one piece, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. We email your tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Taxes and duties

Australia, United Kingdom, United States: no import duties or taxes to pay on delivery.

European Union: most EU orders are printed inside the EU, so there's nothing extra to pay. If your order ships from outside the EU and the carrier asks you for import VAT or fees on delivery, email us the receipt and we'll reimburse it.

Other countries: local import duties or taxes may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Your address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email hello@ofsadi.com within 12 hours of ordering. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Damaged or lost parcels

If anything arrives damaged or goes missing, we'll replace or refund. See our Return and refund policy.
