Orders and production

Is every piece made to order?

Yes. Each piece is printed and framed to order, just for you, in 2–5 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 12 hours of ordering, before your piece goes into production, and we'll change or cancel it free of charge.

What does the number on each artwork mean?

Every Ofsadi work has its own number (Nº) and the place it shows, so you always know exactly which piece is on your wall.

Delivery

How much is delivery?

Free, with tracking, to almost every country.

How long will it take?

Production takes 2–5 business days, then delivery takes 2–7 business days. Most orders arrive within 4–12 business days.

Where is my order made?

We work with a global network of professional print studios across Australia, the UK, Europe, North America and beyond. Your order is made at the studio best placed to reach you, for faster delivery and less risk of damage in transit.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. We email your tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you order more than one piece, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Will I pay import duties or taxes?

Australia, United Kingdom, United States: no import duties or taxes to pay on delivery.
European Union: most EU orders are printed inside the EU, so there's nothing extra to pay. If your order ships from outside the EU and the carrier asks you for import VAT or fees on delivery, email us the receipt and we'll reimburse it.
Other countries: local import duties or taxes may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and problems

What if my art arrives damaged or wrong?

Email hello@ofsadi.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue and the packaging. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

UK, EU and EEA customers can cancel within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason. Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns from other countries. See our return and refund policy for the full details.

My tracking hasn't moved. What now?

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and reprint or refund.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
