Your piece is made in 2–5 business days, then spends 2–7 business days in transit. Most orders arrive within 4–12 business days.
We print at the studio best placed to reach you, so your piece travels less. If you order more than one, they may arrive separately.
Returns
If your piece arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. Usually you won't need to send anything back.
UK, EU and EEA customers can also cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Everywhere else, as each piece is made to order, you can cancel free within 12 hours of ordering.
Care
Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water and cleaning sprays.
Hang away from direct sunlight and damp walls to keep colours at their best.

How long will my order take?
Your piece is made to order in 2–5 business days, then delivered in 2–7 business days. Most orders arrive within 4–12 business days, with tracking.
Do you deliver to my country?
Yes. We deliver free, with tracking, to almost every country, from print studios in Australia, the UK, Europe, North America and beyond.
Will I pay import duties or taxes?
Not in Australia, the UK or the US. Most EU orders are printed inside the EU; if a carrier ever asks you for import VAT, email us the receipt and we'll reimburse it. In other countries local duties may apply on arrival.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email hello@ofsadi.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
